About Us

Family Contact Access understand the importance of keeping children connected with family, liaising with both parental parties and legal representatives to work towards successful outcomes, and create a positive environment for the children throughout the visits.

Our supervisors work towards building a connection with the children to feel safe and be able to speak out whilst maintaining a focus on observing the visit.

Working with the visiting parent our supervisors may offer guidance and support in creating and maintaining a safe space and environment for the children. Here at FCA we are happy to source free or low-cost activities for contact should assistance be required.
